- Include in your daily routine both facial cleansing and proper face and body hydration, depending on your skin type and its needs.
- Never forget to remove your makeup before bed.
- Use 1 or 2 times a week an exfoliating product for face and body, depending on the needs of each skin.
- Hydrate yourself from the inside by consuming at least 2 liters of fluids daily, such as water, juices, teas, etc.
