  1. Say no to smoking and alcohol.
  2. Enjoy your sleep, i.e. 8 full hours a day.
  3. Use broad-spectrum sunscreen against UVA and UVB radiation all year round.
  4. Include in your daily routine both facial cleansing and proper face and body hydration, depending on your skin type and its needs.
  5. Never forget to remove your makeup before bed.
  6. Use 1 or 2 times a week an exfoliating product for face and body, depending on the needs of each skin.
  7. Hydrate yourself from the inside by consuming at least 2 liters of fluids daily, such as water, juices, teas, etc.
